Valdivia, Anais

Hello! My name is Anais Valdivia and I am 17 years old. I live in a peaceful, idle, border town called Presidio, Texas. I have lived in Ojinaga, Chihuahua and Presidio, Texas my whole life. I am currently a senior at Presidio High School and look forward to great things every year.

I am an active member of the National Honor Society, my school's rocketry club, and Movimiento Familiar Cristiano Juvenil (MFCJ). I enjoy working out in my free time and spending time with my friends and family. I love playing softball and helping my community; either religiously or environmentally. Some of my short term goals are successfully graduating high school, qualify in TARC (The American Rocketry Challenge) and qualify for nationals, get accepted into a variety of Universities, and enjoy the rest of my senior year as much as possible. My long term goal is to graduate with a masters in International Trade Specialist at the University of Texas at Arlington and become a better person!

Volunteering, mentoring, participating and/or organizing charitable events such as food drives, attending community meetings, and doing clean ups around town are a few ways that my NHS mates and I can do to contribute to the community of Presidio and cause a positive impact!
